The Competitive Trail will be ridden on Sunday. The course will consist of 8-10 obstacles and each obstacle will be scored 0-10. Riders may be awarded points for attempting the obstacle, even if the obstacle is not completed. Trail may be ridden in English or Western tack, and riders must match their attire appropriately. Horses ridden in Western attire tack with a shanked bit must be ridden one-handed. The course will be available for walking without horses for 1 hour prior to event start.
Each obstacle may be attempted three times. The judge will blow a whistle indicating the rider must move on to the next obstacle.
The division winner will be determined by the highest score.
