The Midwest Racehorse Roundup offers many opportunities for businesses, individuals, racetracks and breeders to get involved. Your financial contribution directly supports retired racehorses in their second careers.
General Fund
Our General Fund supports the costs of running the event. These funds cover judge and venue expenses, as well as division prize money and awards.
Levels:
- Bronze
$500 – Logo in program, Banner in Arena - Silver
$1000 – Quarter Page Ad in program, Banner in Arena, Announced during the event - Gold
$1500 – Half Page Ad in program, Banner in Arena, Announced during the event. Choose one Award for logo to be printed on. Logo on flyers - Platinum
$2500+ – Full Page Ad in program, Banner in Arena, Announced during the event. Choose three Awards for logo to be printed on. Logo on flyers
Award Fund
You may choose to specifically sponsor any of our division awards. This sponsorship is $200 and your logo will be printed on the award, as well as your business name being announced when the award is given. You may also opt to supply the award instead of a monetary value. We ask that awards be of a $150 or greater monetary value. Your logo will also be included in the program.
Special Awards
Special Awards give you the opportunity to be recognized and incentivize specific horses to compete. Awards may be designated in the name of a breed or racetrack. For example, as a racetrack administrator you can put forward a sum of money that all horses that raced at your track are eligible for. The suggested amounts for special awards are $500, $1000, or $1500. Special Awards are awarded to the eligible horse that accumulates the most points during the event.

Top Horse Award
This award is given to the horse that places highest overall during the entire competition. To be eligible for this award, the horse must compete in all 5 events. The amount to sponsor this award is $750, and there is only two of these sponsorships available, one per division. Your logo will be printed on the award, published in the program as a whole page ad and announced during the award ceremony.
